Refund and Returns Policy

At Smartproseo LLC, we work hard to ensure our clients are completely satisfied with our SEO and app optimization services.
However, if you are not satisfied, please review the following refund policy that applies to all our services.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

A refund request is made within 7 days of payment.
Work on your project has not yet started.
If partial work has been delivered, a partial refund may be issued based on the progress.
Once a service is completed or delivered, refunds cannot be provided.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Completed SEO campaigns or content delivery.
Customized strategies or consultancy hours already rendered.
Services purchased during promotional discounts.

3. Project Cancellation

If a client wishes to cancel a project before it begins, they must send a written request to smartproseo.com@gmail.com.
Refunds for cancellations made before work starts will be processed within 5–10 business days.

4. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after it’s been approved:

First, check your bank account or payment method again.
Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us directly at smartproseo.com@gmail.com.

5. Service Modifications

In certain cases, instead of a refund, we may offer service adjustments or credit toward future projects, if mutually agreed upon.
